OSCAR

Well tonight's the night of stars. Hollywood stars that is. Being in the bizz I get to view the movies for the year up for nominations. All I can say is I feel the clear cut winner for Best Picture should be  "HIDDEN FIGURES". But its anyone's guess and politics are involved as always. I will just take a shot in the dark for Best Actor in a leading role. I liked Viggo Mortonsen in Captain Fantastic but believe it will go to Denzel Washington in Fences. Best Actress in a leading role is a toss up. However I feel that will go to Emma Stone. We shall see. Just for giggles (because I am not going to predict for all categories), I believe Viola Davis is a sure winner for Supporting Actress in Fences. But what do I know. So to those of you that will watch, ENJOY.... (the sexy actresses in the hot gowns that is.)

BEST PICTURE? We Shall See...

And RIP Bill Paxton.. Gone far to young!

MOVIE TIME (The Green Inferno)

Here is a crazy one. (aren't they all?) This is one that I found myself watching last night because I couldn't sleep. Another one of those I just wanted to see what happens next. New York College Student Justine (Lorenzo Izzo), a lawyer's daughter, meets a student activist (Ariel Levy).Next thing you know hes invited her to join him on a trip to save the Amazon. She soon learns to regret her decision when the plane crashes and she and the rest of their group are taken captive by a local tribe. Oh, did I mention how hungry the natives are? Yum, Yum! And of course the cuties in the cast don't hurt. One that belongs in Tommy's House Of Horrors for sure!

ATTIC MOVIE CHOICE (Planet Terror)

Hey All,  What comes to mind when I say Robert Rodriquez? Could it be a cool zombie movie from 2007 that was Written, Directed, Cinematography and the Original Music Score by Robert Rodriquez. Why of course it is. Hey when a one-legged go-go dancer (Rose McGowan) and her ex-lover join forces with other survivors to battle a horde of flesh-eating zombies invading their Texas town you just can't go wrong. A super cool movie to add to your movie bucket list. And with the Addition of Bruce Willis as Muldoon and Josh Brolin as Block you would have to be a Zombie to not watch this one! (Side Note: For Fun count how many times the "F" word is used.
